And not due to popular demand, wait that should probably say back due to popular demand. Anyway I've finally decided to get off my lazy ass and start writing things on here again and hopefully I'll have a little bit of help this time (fingers crossed). Things will probably be pretty slow to begin with and I will still be writing for the 8th Circuit but hopefully there will be some stuff posted on here every now and then.
